We offer a 5-Day Replacement Policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
The delivery date is considered Day 1.
β Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

The product box must be inside the courier bag and not torn or cut open (except outer tape)

To process your request, the following evidence is required:

Parcel Opening Video (mandatory)

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing label)

For Non-Electronic Items:

Clear photo showing the full product

Video showing the product not working after following instructions
